Diversity and inclusion
Everywhere in the world, in all our professions, our 78,000 people embody, on a daily basis, the values of openness and diversity which constitute our DNA and those of our brands. We have never disregarded our differences: on the contrary, we are proud of them and encourage them. Thus, if 90% of our employees work in France or in the Netherlands, 10% are nationals of neither of these countries.
In 2024, the Employee Promoter Score (EPS) of Air France-KLM increased by 27.9%.
Air France-KLM strongly believes that a diverse and inclusive workforce has a positive impact on the performance of the organization, attracting more talent and being more customer-driven, having higher levels of employee engagement, taking better decisions and being more innovative and creative. Thus, the Group continues to support all forms of action to encourage equitable opportunities, equality between men and women, LGBTIQ+ and under-represented groups, the vocational integration of young people, the transmission of knowledge and skills and the maintained employment and recruitment of persons with disabilities.
As a result of our first D&I survey, 76% of the respondents agreed with the statement "I feel welcome and included within my teams".

Gender equality is one of the Group's priorities. That's why we are committed not only to promoting professional equality within our teams, but also to stimulating a positive dynamic in the territories where we operate.
Air France-KLM has set itself a long-term objective of reaching parity between men and women within the Group Executive Committee and within the top 10% highest levels of management.
In addition, in parallel with the French entities achieving their diversity targets in accordance with the deadlines set by French law, medium-term targets of a minimum of 40% women within the Group Executive Committee and 40% of the top 10% management level positions to be held by women by 2030 have also been set by the Board of Directors.

Air France is committed to recruiting at least 50 disabled people over the period 2024-2026 and carries out around 200 actions a year to maintain disabled people in employment.
Through its agreement covering the 2024-26 period, Air France reaffirms its desire to pursue an ambitious policy by maintaining the recruitment of people with disabilities and by pursuing actions on their employability, training and professional support via, in particular, coaching and co-development. The changes also relate to suitable careers support, the implementation of measures in favour of family careers and, more particularly, employees who are parents of children with disabilities.
