Flying Blue
Created in 2005, Flying Blue is the loyalty program of the Group’s airlines: Air France, KLM, and Transavia.
It plays a strategic role in strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the value of the Group's brands. Flying Blue supports the Group's commercial ambitions while enriching the travel experience of its most loyal customers.

Flying Blue contributes directly to the Group’s economic performance:
- €811 million in revenue in 2024
- A program that retains, attracts, and converts — with one new member every five seconds
- A powerful ecosystem that promotes the Group’s brands and creates synergies with over 100 commercial partners and 35 partner airlines

Members earn Miles on every purchase (flights, hotels, car rentals, shopping, etc.) and can redeem them to:
- Book flights or upgrades
- Pay for additional services or partner products
- Support sustainable projects or donate to charities
Members also earn Experience Points (XP) when they travel. Based on the number of XP earned in a year, they access five status levels (Explorer, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ultimate), each offering increasing benefits (priority access, lounges, extra baggage, exclusive services, etc.).
A constantly evolving program
For the past 20 years, Flying Blue has adapted to changes in the aviation industry with agility and innovation. Key developments include:

Flying Blue encourages members to travel more responsibly:
- Members can contribute Miles toward the purchase of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and support 25 partner charities and causes
- 450 million Miles donated by members in 2024

Flying Blue is regularly recognized for its excellence:
