Oltion Carkaxhija is appointed EVP Transformation at Air France-KLM

Oltion Carkaxhija is appointed EVP Transformation Air France-KLM. He will become a member of the Air France-KLM Group Executive Committee and will report directly to Benjamin Smith, Air France – KLM Group CEO. His appointment will be effective as of 1st October, 2020. With a transversal approach, and liaising with all stakeholders involved, Oltion Carkaxhija will implement strong measures to structurally improve the Air France-KLM unit costs and discipline the external spendings.

Oltion Carkaxhija hold an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland (United States). After having spent 11 years at Air Canada in the finance and network planning departments, he joined the Air France KLM group in 2018 initially as VP Corporate planning working on industrial relations and after as SVP transformation of AFKLM group.
