Appointments at the Air France-KLM Group

Air France-KLM today announces the appointment[1] of:

Oltion Carkaxhija, currently Executive Vice President, Strategy and Transformation, Air France-KLM, as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Air France-KLM. His scope of responsibility will notably cover Transformation & associated projects, IT and Group Fleet.

Caroline Hadrbolec, currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Air France-KLM, as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Air France-KLM. 

Pierre-Olivier Bandet, currently Executive Vice President, Information Systems, Air France-KLM as Executive Vice President, Cargo, Air France-KLM. 

Henri de Peyrelongue, currently Executive Vice President, Marketing, Air France-KLM as Executive Vice President, SAS Integration[2], Air France-KLM.

These nominations are effective as of today, October 1st, 2025.

Oltion Carkaxhija, Caroline Hadrbolec, Pierre-Olivier Bandet and Henri de Peyrelongue will continue to report to Benjamin Smith, CEO of the Air France-KLM Group.

Following these appointments, the Group Executive Committee will consist of Benjamin Smith (CEO of Air France-KLM), Anne Rigail (CEO of Air France), Marjan Rintel (President and CEO of KLM), Steven Zaat (CFO of Air France-KLM), Oltion Carkaxhija (COO of Air France-KLM), Adriaan den Heijer (CCO of Air France-KLM), Pierre-Olivier Bandet (EVP Cargo, Air France-KLM),  Alexandre Boissy (EVP Corporate Secretary, Air France-KLM), Anne Brachet (EVP Engineering and Maintenance, Air France-KLM), Caroline Hadrbolec (EVP Human Resources, Air France-KLM), and Henri de Peyrelongue (EVP SAS Integration, Air France-KLM).

In addition, Ekbel Bouzgarrou, currently Vice President Air France-KLM Information Technology and Services, will be appointed Senior Vice President Information Systems,Air France-KLM and will report to Oltion Carkaxhija.
