Air France-KLM opens a new lounge at Bangkok airport

On Thursday 19 October, Air France-KLM opened a new 660 sq. m lounge at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. Located in Hall G (level 3), this new lounge is now accessible at no extra charge for Flying Blue Elite members and customers travelling in Business class with Air France and World Business Class with KLM.

This new lounge offers a wide range of services for relaxing, dining and staying connected before a flight.

Relaxing – In a warmly lit environment, the lounge is equipped with seats that guarantee each passenger their own private space. Lounge customers also have access to showers and bathroom accessories on demand along with a changing room for young children.

Dining – A buffet service is constantly available, offering a selection of hot dishes, snacks, salads and desserts including sushi, pizza and roast beef, which changes every three months. For refreshments, customers can choose from a selection of alcohol*, juice, water, hot drinks and soft drinks.

Staying connected – High-speed WiFi and power sockets are available for passengers in transit. Newspapers in English, French and Dutch are also available.

The new lounge can currently accommodate 142 people, representing a 20% capacity increase compared with the previous lounge. Facilities are also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
