On February 7th in Paris, Air France-KLM won the first Grand Prix de l’Agilité agility prize. Awarded by Orange Consulting, this prize singles us out among 60 large companies, all actively committed to adopting agility. More than just a classic project management method, agility offers a global company approach (strategic, organizational, technical and behavioral), serving the needs of performance and transformation. At Air France-KLM, agility is infused in the different divisions working closely with IT. The criteria assessed by the competition jury were customer focus and value creation, leadership and familiarization by business area, and integration of agility values, practices and rituals in the change process.
