This week, both airlines in the Air France-KLM group received awards; Air France won a prize for its customer relations and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was voted "Best Airline" in the Netherlands.
Air France, first prize for Customer Relations
On 9 February 2016, Air France was awarded first prize for Customer Relations* in the transport sector at the 12th edition of the Customer Relations BearingPoint - TNS Sofres awards in Paris.
This award recognizes the efforts made by the Company in terms of customer relations. In recent years, Air France has digitized its services and now offers multi-channel availability to meet its customers’ needs 24/7, both in France and abroad. Air France is also committed to a vast move upmarket of its products and services and intends to make a difference thanks to a caring attitude with its customers.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, voted “Best Airline” for the second time at the Reisgala 2016
On 8 February 2016, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was voted "Best Airline" at the annual ceremony rewarding the leaders in the travel and tourism sector in the Netherlands, the Nederlandse Vakantie Awards.
Following a survey of 10,000 Dutch consumers, the rewards are spread over 17 categories including "Best Airline". This ceremony is organized by Travmedia, ANVR, SGR and Thuiswinkel, reference companies in the tourism industry.
