- Isabelle Parize appointed Independent Board Director
- Louis Jobard appointed Director representing Flight Deck Crew shareholders
The composition of the Air France-KLM Board of Directors is changing.
At its meeting on 27 March 2014, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Isabelle Parize, President of Nocibé, as independent director.
This appointment replaces Patricia Barbizet, who left her position as director at the end of 2013. This decision reflects the Board’s desire for greater diversity of its members. It has been submitted for ratification by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on 20 May 2014.
Louis Jobard, Air France Flight Captain, was elected by flight deck crew shareholders in January 2014. His appointment as a director will be proposed at the General Meeting of 20 May 2014 so that he can replace Bernard Pédamon on the Group’s Board of Directors.
